Wedding Ceremony
Join us in ceremony and in community as we unite as a married couple! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, so please plan accordingly.
Shuttle Departs for Venue
We’ve chosen the perfect shuttle for all our guests (perennial students that we are) — a Caldwell Transportation School Bus! Just like Katherine used to take to school.
If you would like to take the shuttle to the venue there will be one departing at 2:30 pm from The Grove Hotel. Please indicate you will take this shuttle when you RSVP to ensure that we have reserved enough spots for all guests who wish to take the shuttle as there will be only one departure time pre-ceremony.
If you do not wish to take the shuttle to the venue we recommend a rideshare like Uber or Lyft to get to the ceremony if you plan to be drinking. Or, if you are a designated driver, feel free to drive to the venue as there are plenty of parking spaces at Stone Crossing for your car. Just note, they cannot be left overnight so please plan accordingly.
We will be providing multiple shuttle trips back from the venue. Please do not feel that you have to take the shuttle to the venue in order to use the shuttle to come home. All are welcome to use the shuttle to get home safely and there is no need to RSVP for the return shuttle.
Mix & Mingle at Payette Brewing Company
Join us at Payette Brewing Company for some cornhole and a beer. The walkers will arrive at approximately 3:00 pm, and all are welcome to join! Local beers, ciders, and non-alcoholic options are available for purchase.

Boise River Greenbelt Welcome Walk
If you get into town early, please join us for a casual welcome walk alongside the scenic Boise river. We’ll meet by the rock outside the main doors of the Boise downtown Library! (with its famous exclamation mark) at 2 pm and then proceed to stroll along the Boise River Greenbelt en route (in a roundabout way) to Payette River Brewing Company together.
